Pests are a serious threat to our society, our children, and ourselves. Removing those from our house is a good start to give a healthy society. Not everyone has money to hire a pest control service. That’s why most people try to do it by themselves. However, the technique is not so easy. There are certain steps which must be followed. Here in this article, you’ll have some basic but effective methods through which you can eliminate pests from your house.

  1. Remove Ripped Fruits

In most cases, ripen fruits are the most attractive thing to pests, especially to insects. Whenever you store any food and it starts to get ripped, the color and smell are enough to attract them. So, try to remove those foods.

  1. Remove Stored Water

Stored water is the place where mosquitoes and some small pests give birth and spread. Generally, this can be seen where water flows stop. Like behind the place of the kitchen where water drops are stored day by day if there is any leakage in the pipeline, the place near to the bathroom, and so on. Try to remove the store’s water. A mosquito can give birth in 1 cm stored water too. You need to be cautious.

You can use bleaching powder, machine powder. You can also use a natural technique that is applying nymph eating fishes. These fishes are very helpful. Cultivate those fishes and do the passive killing.

  1. Clean with Soap Water

Soap water is a very friendly thing when it comes to hygiene. Soap water has such ingredients that can easily kill pests in an instant. Clean your room once a week. Cleaning the outside of the room is also necessary. Do it if you have time. Again, cleaning your storeroom, bathroom, and kitchen area are very essential. Do it with special care.

  1. Close the Holes

There must be some holes in your house, which are not visible to you. Maybe those are small but take action if you want to prevent pests’ entry. Use silicone caulk, woods, cement or iron net, or iron cage. These won’t allow the pests to enter your home. Sometimes this little action can be helpful.

  1. Field Burning

Last but not the least, this technique is effective too. If you have a huge lawn and cultivate some kind of food materials there, there is a huge chance of attracting pests which can hamper your daily lifestyle. The best way is, whenever you are done with the gardening, applying field burning techniques. Again, if you have garbage stored in a place, you can apply the Burning method.

All these methods can be done at home easily. But before applying any process, do an inspection, do identification, and then take action. The analysis is important as it helps prevent pests and also takes care of your health. Otherwise, you can call the best Pest Control Company San Antonio, BUGCO. The professionals will give you perfect suggestions to do respective actions.
